Originally from New England, David is now a proud resident of South Florida. He attended Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. He obtained extensive sales and management skills early in his career while working as a Class A golf professional in New England and Florida. Golf became a hobby when he entered the Real Estate Industry in 1986 and quickly rose to the top of his market. David enjoyed much success as a member of the Bangor Board of REALTORS, accumulating a terrific sales record, with an aggressive yet professional approach to the business, resulting in over 800 homes sold. Tough markets didn’t faze David, but the weather did, so David relocated his family to the Naples area in early 1998, and has begun to grow a successful business here in southwest Florida. Recognized as a leader in his industry, he was elected to serve as President of the Board of REALTORS in addition to serving on many committees, including the Professional Standards Hearing Panel, whose job it is to arbitrate and resolve industry disputes. He has taught courses on ethics, agency relationships, and business practice.David takes personal & financial responsibility for improving his craft by attending several educational courses per year, often traveling throughout the United States to do so. Presently David resides in the Moorings with his wife (24 years) and two daughters, ages 13 & 17, and is a member of the local and national Board of REALTORS. Very few of David & Erin's listings go unsold, and they works hard to promote their personal listings. They have consistently sold over 40% of their listings as a team through utilizing aggressive marketing, networking with past clients, current buyers and their sphere of influence. Erin has been licensed in real estate since 1988 and now works at real estate full time. Erin has earned her ASP designation, as a certified Accredited Staging Professional.
